What is the deadline for mailing in donations?

All donations must be received no later than October 15, 2009 to be eligible for the   
 incentive drawing.

Who should I make checks payable to and where should I send them?

When will the incentive drawing take place?

The drawing will take place on Friday, October 30th at the Village Volunteers headquarters in Seattle, WA., USA.   The winner will be notifi  ed soon after this date. The winner will also be announced in the Village Volunteers Newsletter. 

Can I write one check for all of the donations I receive the night of the party? 

Yes. You can write one check for all of the donations you recieve, but you must remember to provide each donor with a tax receipt.
